The boundaries of the Oriole Park community are: 1-90 on the north, Harlem Avenue on the east, Foster Avenue on the south (jogs down Oriole Avenue to Argyle Street to Overhill Avenue and up to Foster Avenue), Canfield Avenue on the west.

​ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Worked to design and build Oriole Park Field House.   
  • Partnered with Friends of Oriole Park Library to build new Oriole Park Branch Library at it's current location.
  • Won grant for new playground equipment from "Chicago Plays!" sponsored by Friends of the Park and Chicago Park District. Designed and installed new playground equipment for two Oriole Park playgrounds and Summerdale Playlot. Committee later became Oriole Park Advisory Council. 
  • Hosts annual Independence Day Children's Bike Parade.
  • Hosts annual Family Night at Oriole Park School.
  • Co-sponsors tax appeal seminars.
  • Advocated for installation of pedestrian island and flashing lights marking the pedestrian crossing on Higgins Road to the CTA Harlem Ave Blue Line station.
  • Led local voting for Participatory Budgeting in 41st Ward in 2017, 2018. Secured cameras at library and park improvements. 
  • Worked with 41st Ward Alderman to make improvements in traffic flow through the controlled intersections of Harlem-Higgins and Harlem-Bryn Mawr.
  • Successfully campaigned to block the construction of a 4-story, 21 unit condo building combined with commercial offices on Rascher Ave at Harlem Ave.
  • We are the voice of the community on local concerns relating to infrastructure improvements, issues of public safety and maintaining the low-density character of the community.

Oriole Park Community Club took a prominent role in cooperation with "Friends of the Oriole Park Library" in the campaign for the design and construction of the Oriole Park Branch Library.

OPCC had a prominent role in the campaign for the design and construction of the Oriole Park Field House at 5430 N. Olcott Avenue, Chicago.
